African Financial Company Issues $431 Million Digital Bond

Prefer us on GoogleThe African Financial Company has issued a digital bond worth 350 million Swiss francs (approximately $431 million) through the SDX platform of the Swiss Stock Exchange. This marks the first time an African institution has issued a digital bond via a central securities depository and exchange. The five-year bond has a coupon rate of 1.4925%, making it one of the larger digital bonds on the platform. The transaction was arranged by Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank.
