BlockBeats News, December 11th, Co-founder of Alliance DAO QwQiao posted on social media, saying that in the next 10 years, if anyone thinks that a weighted index composed of Layer 1 tokens of their choice will outperform the stock indexes I listed, I would be happy to bet.
QwQiao said, most people have a strange misunderstanding, thinking that growth = profit = market cap growth. In fact, most industries in history do not follow this pattern. There is both non-profit growth (such as airlines and the restaurant industry) and non-growing but profitable industries (some excellent companies can increase prices over time).
“I believe that blockchain will experience rapid growth, but competition will depress profits. While the competition is not intense (unlike the restaurant industry), it is far more competitive than an oligopoly market.”
