Analysis: If WLFI's FDV reaches $13 billion on its first day of trading, a round one public sale participant's return on investment (ROI) will be as high as 867%.
BlockBeats News, July 7th. According to on-chain analyst Ai Auntie (@ai_9684xtpa), the cost breakdown of the Trump family's crypto project WLFI token sale is as follows:
Strategic Sale Cost: A total of 5 institutions (Tron DAO / Web3Port / Oddiyana Ventures / DWF Labs / Aqua1 Fund) participated in the strategic round funding, with a minimum of $210 million investment; among the institutions with known costs, DWF Labs cost twice as much as Web3Port.
Public Sale Cost: From 2025.01 - 03, two rounds of public fundraising raised a total of $550 million: The first round raised $300 million with a cost of $0.015 per token, which is currently the lowest publicly disclosed cost; the second round raised $250 million with a cost increase to $0.05 per token, the latter matching Web3Port's book cost, and significantly lower than DWF's cost.
If the first-day FDV is indeed $13 billion, the return on investment for the first round is as high as 867%, and 260% for the second round. Additionally, there is currently one uncertain factor, which is the "TGE Unlocking Ratio," that needs to be further clarified once the transferable proposal is approved.
