Binance CEO Richard Teng stated that the key theme for the crypto market this year is its convergence with traditional finance (TradFi). He noted that crypto platforms are now offering traditional financial products like stocks, while traditional finance is integrating crypto through offerings such as ETFs. Teng emphasized that this evolution is driven by user demand, advancing technology, and a more favorable regulatory environment, leading crypto to develop into a financial infrastructure that includes payments, stablecoins, and savings. He also mentioned that Binance aims to become a financial super app, providing stocks, payments, savings, and remittances on a single platform.
