HSK Chain and Morpho Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Hong Kong

On July 28, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between HSK Chain and Morpho was grandly held at HashKey's headquarters in Hong Kong. In the presence of industry guests from various fields including digital assets, banking, asset management, fintech, and Web3 infrastructure, Serena Wang, head of HSK Eco Labs, and Shanshan Shui, head of Morpho Asia, officially signed the strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will work together to explore a leading compliant on-chain lending ecosystem in Asia.
The event integrated strategic signing, keynote speeches, and a high-end roundtable forum. At the ceremony, Li Chen, CEO of the on-chain business group, delivered the opening remarks. Subsequently, management and team representatives, along with Morpho representatives, gave keynote speeches on topics related to CeDeFi and RWA Lending, sharing their cutting-edge insights in compliant finance and on-chain lending.
The event also featured a high-end roundtable forum hosted by the OnChain department, focusing on "On-Chain RWA Lending: Building the Future of Institutional Credit," with prominent institutional guests including Galaxy Digital, Steakhouse, and Timeless Silver participating. Attendees engaged in deep discussions on core topics such as compliant finance, on-chain lending, RWA, and stablecoins, exploring how these elements can collaboratively shape the next generation of capital markets.
The achievement of this strategic cooperation marks an important step for HSK Chain and Morpho in exploring the construction of an efficient and compliant on-chain lending ecosystem. Both parties will leverage their core advantages in infrastructure and protocol layers, working together to deepen compliance requirements and continuously promote innovation and practice in institutional-level on-chain finance, injecting lasting momentum into the high-quality development of the global digital asset market.
