RMRK Founder: The Trump Family is the New Age "Mafia"
BlockBeats News, September 6th, RMRK founder Bruno Skvorc's WLFI token was frozen by the WLFI team, who responded that the "address in question is suspected of engaging in high-risk blockchain activities, and cannot be unfrozen."
Bruno Skvorc stated, "They stole my money, and because this incident involves the Trump family, I can't do anything about it. This is the new era of the Mafia. There is nowhere to appeal, no one to reason with, and no one to sue. That's how it is... This is the true king of scams."
On-chain detective ZachXBT responded to this incident, saying, "The issue is that most of the time, the judgment exposed as 'high-risk' is actually incorrect, so teams cannot overly rely on compliance tools. Recently, I manually reviewed some presale addresses for a team because common compliance tools flagged these addresses as 'high-risk' and recommended excluding them.
After my manual review, I found that the problem lies in: certain exchanges/smart contracts are incorrectly marked as high-risk, or it is because an unrelated address 8 hops away on-chain has been flagged, thereby implicating the target address. When you see many similar cases, you realize that the mainstream compliance tools on the market actually have significant flaws."
