Robinhood Chain has recorded a cumulative fee of $5 million (approximately 710 million KRW) just over a month after its public mainnet launch. Arbitrum announced that the cumulative fees for Robinhood Chain have reached $5 million. Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 network linked to the American fintech company Robinhood, which announced its public mainnet launch at an event in London on July 1. The chain provides an execution environment for stock tokens and DeFi products. Robinhood Chain, based on the Arbitrum network, aims to create a programmable financial environment that connects traditional financial services with on-chain infrastructure. This fee figure serves as an indicator of the initial network activity of Robinhood Chain, which recorded a trading volume of $657.83 million on decentralized exchanges within 24 hours. Robinhood offers stock tokens to users of the Robinhood Wallet in over 120 countries, and eligible users can trade on Robinhood Chain 24/7. Designed based on Arbitrum technology, Robinhood Chain functions as an execution environment for processing on-chain financial services. However, further confirmation is needed to determine whether the $5 million in fees indicates long-term user demand.
