'Nova Poshta' will compensate clients for the value of all lost parcels and has activated backup routes to minimize delivery delays. The company continues to operate as usual, and clients can track the status of their shipments through the mobile app or on the website. It was also reported that the day before, Russian troops struck a 'Nova Poshta' branch in the Vinnytsia region, resulting in five injuries. Earlier, on July 30, a sorting terminal in Poltava was attacked, and on July 25, a car yard in Sumy was hit, where three drivers were killed.
