The filing confirms this purchase aligns with the company’s broader Bitcoin acquisition strategy.Once the SPAC merger finalizes, the company will trade under the ticker XXI. It currently trades under CEP, which is sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald. The PIPE investment includes contributions from Tether, Bitfinex, and SoftBank.
