ZhiYuan Innovation Initiates Hong Kong Listing Process

ZhiYuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. has initiated the process for listing in Hong Kong. The company was established in February 2023 and was formerly known as Shanghai ZhiYuan New Technology Co., Ltd. According to Omdia statistics, it is expected that by 2025, ZhiYuan Innovation's general-purpose humanoid robot shipments will exceed 5,000 units, ranking first in the world and accounting for approximately 39% of the global humanoid robot market. By June 2026, the cumulative offline production of general-purpose embodied robots is expected to surpass 15,000 units. According to data from ZhiShi Consulting, based on revenue calculations for 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, ZhiYuan Innovation is the largest general-purpose AI robotics company in the world.
