Hut 8 (HUT) increased by 10.45% due to a 15-year lease agreement for AI data centers worth $9.8 billion; Cipher Mining (CIFR) rose by 16.76%, CleanSpark (CLSK) by 13.7%, and WhiteFiber (WYFI) by 9.18%. In contrast, Nebius (NBIS) and CoreWeave (CRWV) did not show significant gains.
