According to Arkham data, at 14:24, 348.82 BTC (worth approximately 23.69 million USD) was transferred from one anonymous address (starting with 3MErsKQ...) to another anonymous address (starting with 3DFKRqQ...). Subsequently, that address transferred a portion of the BTC (0.0788 BTC) to Binance.
