Co-founder of Nova Poshta, Volodymyr Poperyshnyuk, proposed implementing a compensation system for business losses due to Russian attacks by reducing the tax burden by the amount of incurred losses. He noted that this would help protect the entire economy and accelerate the recovery of affected enterprises. Poperyshnyuk emphasized that such a system would increase investor confidence in the safety of investments in Ukraine. Without it, Russian attacks will negatively impact not only individual companies but also the willingness to invest in the country's economy. He also pointed out that it is important to guarantee security for taxpayers who create jobs. Poperyshnyuk is confident that in conditions of symmetrical strikes on infrastructure, the one who adapts and resumes business faster will win. He added that the Ukrainian economy needs deregulation, privatization, and tax reductions. The Russian army continues to strike at Nova Poshta's assets, including damage to sorting terminals in Kryvyi Rih and Dnipro, as well as the destruction of the largest terminal in Kyiv.
