Ondo Private Markets Launches OpenAI Private Market Notes, Supporting 24/7 Trading
Ondo Private Markets has announced that OpenAI private market notes are now available for trading on the Ondo Perps spot order book. The launch features three main characteristics: first, trading anytime, allowing users to trade 24/7 from the first day of launch without waiting for the company to go public; second, self-custody and freely transferable, enabling users to store tokens in their own wallets and transfer them freely among qualified holders; third, supported by mature infrastructure, Ondo Private Markets is built on the same platform that has a total locked value of $3.9 billion and over 1 million holders. These notes do not represent shares or equity in OpenAI, and holders do not have any shareholder rights in OpenAI. There is no affiliation, collaboration, or endorsement relationship between Ondo and OpenAI.
