Pelosi Discloses Stock Trades, Heavily Invests in Bloom Energy and Increases Intel Holdings
Former U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has submitted her latest financial disclosure, revealing her buying activities in clean energy supplier Bloom Energy (BE) and semiconductor manufacturer Intel (INTC). On July 24, Pelosi made her first trade in Bloom Energy, purchasing 10,000 shares of Class A common stock, with a reported value between $1 million and $5 million. She also bought 100 call options with a strike price of $100, expiring on June 17, 2027, with a reported value in the same range of $1 million to $5 million. On July 28, Pelosi bought another 5,000 shares of common stock, with a reported value between $500,000 and $1 million, and added 100 call options with the same conditions, also reported between $500,000 and $1 million. In total, Pelosi holds 15,000 shares of BE common stock and 200 call options, with an overall position value range of $3 million to $12 million. Regarding Intel, Pelosi purchased 10,000 shares of common stock on July 24, with a reported value between $500,000 and $1 million, and bought call options with a strike price of $50, expiring on June 17, 2027, with a reported value between $250,000 and $500,000.
