BlockBeats News, February 8th, two high school students from California, USA, are accused of driving over 600 miles to Arizona to commit a violent home invasion robbery, targeting a family they believed held $66 million worth of cryptocurrency. The two suspects, aged only 16 and 17, arrived at a home in the Sweetwater Ranch community in Scottsdale on the morning of January 31 dressed in FedEx uniforms, forcibly entered, tied up two adults with duct tape, and assaulted them, aiming to extort cryptocurrency. The victims denied holding any crypto assets, leading to further violent altercations.

Upon police arrival, a woman was found screaming, and a man was seen struggling with one of the suspects. The two teenage suspects fled the scene in a blue Subaru but were captured by the police shortly after in a dead-end street. The suspects face eight charges, including kidnapping and aggravated assault.
