UndeFined Labs has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ether Systems, a company specializing in Ethereum infrastructure. This agreement aims to facilitate the introduction of Ethereum-based financial infrastructure in domestic financial institutions and to expand cooperation. The two companies plan to jointly explore use cases for Ethereum-based financial infrastructure, including tokenization, stablecoins, and virtual asset payments, targeting domestic financial institutions. Additionally, they intend to promote technical consulting, system design, proof of concept (PoC), and business development for institutions. Ether Systems will be responsible for designing systems that consider Ethereum technology for institutions, privacy enhancement technologies, regulatory compliance, and security. UndeFined Labs will support market entry and collaboration with institutions in Korea, and both companies will play a role in connecting the global Ethereum ecosystem with the Korean financial industry. Ether Systems was established in July and was founded by a team that led the institutional privacy task force. The two companies plan to expand their cooperation through institutional training, private workshops, and PoC.
