Xperix Establishes Exclusive Partnership for Biometric Business in Saudi Arabia

Xperix (317770) has established an exclusive partnership with Alyam Technical Trading Co. to enter the public sector biometric market in Saudi Arabia. The agreement includes biometric solutions and digital identity verification and border management using electronic documents. During the validity period of the agreement, Xperix will not engage any separate local partners, and Alyam has also agreed not to collaborate with any third-party competitors. Both companies will jointly explore business opportunities targeting the Saudi government and public institutions, sharing roles in business development, bidding, proposals, project construction, and operations. Xperix will provide biometric equipment and technical support, while Alyam will handle local business development and customer communication. Key products include 'RealScan-FC', 'RealScan SG10', and 'RealPass-N', all of which have received FBI and ICAO certifications. This collaboration is related to the digital transformation of public services under Saudi Arabia's national innovation strategy, 'Vision 2030'. Xperix plans to expand its business into various fields such as border management, electronic passports, and voter registration through biometric technology.
