Strive Revises SATA Issue Price to $100, Maintains Annual Dividend Yield at 13%
Strive's 8-K filing with the SEC shows that the company has revised the certificate of designation for SATA preferred stock, formally incorporating the policy of "issuing SATA at no less than $100 per share" into its governing documents, establishing a binding issuance limit. Additionally, the revision adjusts the definition of "business day" to no longer exclude Saturdays and Sundays, allowing for daily dividends on weekends in the future, provided that it is permitted by the New York Fed, Nasdaq, and DTC. The company stated that the pace of dividend payments will not change in the short term. The board maintains the annual dividend yield for SATA at 13% and announces a cash dividend of $0.0571 per share to be distributed daily over 19 business days from November 1 to November 30, 2026, totaling $1.0849 per share for the month.
